IHO is a private non-profit organization whose purpose is to develop
affordable housing that benefits extremely low-to moderate-income
households by developing housing through new construction,
rehabilitation of existing structures and acquisition, as an independent
developer or through joint ventures, and by providing the necessary
services to enable people to remain in their homes.
